The sixth edition of The Jewellery House by Amusingold is upon us, and as tradition dictates, it will take place at the Circo Solferino in the heart of Brera 24-25 February 2015.
With the start of Fashion Week, this edition will also focus on eight Italian and International Fine and Fashion jewellery designers. And each talent has a style identity different from the other. The geometric, pointed and triangular shapes that reference monumental architecture from Co.Ro, run by two very young Romans, and the more restrained and linear variation of this minimal concept by Anna Maga Visconti stand out.
Showcasing her collection for the first time at The Jewellery House, guest designer Maria Francesca Pepe shows us her playful, fun, colourful, ironic, pop and unconventional vision. With French designer Shagreen et Tortoise, we’ll breathe in a little sea air, thanks to their focus on shells, which they transform into large rings with small rubies and quartz.
Flaminia Barosini explores endroit bijou which focuses on metal workings, coloured enamel and leather inlay while Ellen Conde abounds with a couture choker and futuristic rings that, even with their obvious innovation, are a winning exaltation of femininity.
Raw Taste by Sasha Cherovsky and Lebanese Hooked-HKD are esoteric and visionary and occupy a decidedly far-reaching style dimension.
